someone told me once that MARTA (atlanta's bart) didn't allow any advertising for competing modes of transit. the new prius carpet-bomb advertising at montgomery station seems a perfect example of why they might have had such a policy in the first place. would MUNI have let them do a humvee carpet bombing?
