sending email via SMS

for a work project i've been researching this and it's been such a royal pain in ass trying to find a comprehensive listing of providers and instructions.

to send an email from an SMS (no, i don't mean POP, IMAP, MMS, or other nonsense; i mean instructing the SMS gateway to deliver the message to an email address rather than a phone number) to this:

tmobile (aka tmo t-mo t-mobile)
- write the message like this:
"user@domain.com rest of your message, don't exceed 160 chars total"
(note there's a plain ole' space between the addy and your message)
- send the message to the phone number 500.
i have tried and verified this one personally

cingular
- same thing, only send it to the number +121

fido
- message needs "mail user@domain.com rest of your message"
- send message to 3436

attws
- send message to 0000

rogers
- send message to +0000000000
