we used this at CCS and it rocks. we'd tried about a zillion free and opensource wikis and none of them had the ease of use and robustness of features that confluence does. it's way more than just a wiki---
they have a very generous non-profit license (last time i checked the product was free for non profits), and their support people are awesome. when i left CCS to start my own for-profit company, confluence was the very first thing i purchased. it's indispensable.
