we took the shitty basket of lemons that bevan dufty's gestapo handed us and made lemonade. police were out in full force to make sure that no one dared step into the street, so instead the sidewalks were a complete clusterfuck.
it was next to impossible to get good picutres or to do any of the interactive costumes like we've seen in years past (anyone remember that poseidon adventure costume, or the phone booth from The Birds?)
while i tried to keep my spirits up and grab the shots i could, halloween has been taken hostage by the police. truly we've thrown out the baby with the bathwater.
